What is the BOB stroller warranty?
All BOB strollers have a five-year warranty on the frame and one year on small parts and fabric. We warranty our strollers against all defects in material and workmanship
How do I handle a warranty claim?
Any warranty issues can be handled by contacting your original place of purchase. They will be able to file a warranty claim and have any replacement parts ordered if needed. You will need to provide them with your original receipt of purchase along with your stroller?s serial number. The serial number is located at the bottom of the right hand swing arm (square tubing) just above the wheel
