When you buy your Baby Jogger City Select stroller, it includes one seat for the upper mount on the stroller frame. To use your stroller with a second child, you need the front mounting kit that is only sold together with the second seat.
When you buy this second seat kit, you can use your Baby Jogger City Select with nearly any combination of two carriers -- bassinet, adapter, and seat. Once you purchase this second seat kit for the City Select, you can use the front mount for a seat, adapter, or bassinet.
The second seat kit also comes with a seat identical in size and function as the stroller`s original seat. Some parents may choose to mix and match seat colors, or pick the same color.
The second seat and its front mounts add approximately six pounds to the stroller weight, for a total stroller weight with two seats of approximately 34 pounds.
The stroller can be folded with both seats mounted.

Baby Jogger warrants that the frame is free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturer's defect's include but are not limited to the breaking of welds and frame tube damage. Textile or soft side materials and all other components shall be warranted for one year from the date of purchase (except for tubes and tires). Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Corrosion or rust
Incorrect assembly, or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design
Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
Commercial use
Improper storage/care of the unit
