Who do I contact if I need to order a replacement part or have maintenance inquiries?
Our customer service team is available from 8am - 4pm Pacific Standard Time to answer any questions that you may have regarding your Bumbleride stroller. We can also assist you with a replacement part or direct you to one of our technicians to provide answers to any of your maintenance questions.

What is the warranty behind my Bumbleride?
At Bumbleride, we stand behind our strollers and accessories 100%. Your Bumbleride is covered under the original manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding the performance of your model, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you! Bumbleride currently utilizes two repair facilities in the US and one repair facility in Canada. Please see below for their respective contact information. Please also note that every stroller being sent to a repair facility must be labeled with a Bumbleride RA number. Please contact a Bumbleride representative before sending your stroller in to a repair facility and to obtain an authorized RA number.
