Ground shipping for orders over $50.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.
Some items may also be shipped by US Postal Service at our discretion.
Special delivery shipping options may incur additonal fees. Please check

Express Shipping: For Overnight,
2-day or 3-day delivery, Please add the item to the cart and follow
the checkout process. The shipping price will be provided during
checkout.
Please note that any express shipping option only expedites the actual
shipping time. We do offer overnight shipping. Although we try to ship
most orders within 2-4 business days, there may sometimes be delays due to
back orders or manufacturers drop ship times.
Approximate
In-Stock Delivery Time: Most Orders are delivered in 7-10
days. Of course some deliveries may take less time, but this is a good
average.
White Glove Gold: A Scheduled delivery appointment
with a 4 hour window. Delivery inside your residence to the room you
choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs. The
shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no
tools and remove and dispose all packaging.
White Glove Silver: A Scheduled delivery appointment
with a 4 hour window. Delivery inside the threshold of your residence. If
you live in a home with a garage, the item will be left in your garage. If
you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance.
The product will not be carried up stairs. The product will be left in the
original packaging.
Curbside Delivery: No Delivery Appointment, they pull
the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift
gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s)
onto the sidewalk in front of your house.
APO/FPO And PO BOX Customers: We do offer
shipping to Orders for Army Post Office (APO,FPO) and PO box addresses. Please add
item to the cart and checkout.Shipping price will be provided during checkout. Shipping time may take anywhere from 2-6
weeks.
Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico
Customers: Please add the item to the cart and follow the
checkout process. The shipping price will be provided during
checkout.
International/Canadian
Customers: Please add the item to the cart and follow the
checkout process. The shipping price will be provided during
checkout. Please be advised that you will be charged
custom/duty/taxes/Brokerage fees when the package arrives to your
destination . MyStrollers.com shipping prices does not
include those fees.

Due to the difficulty in verifying International order we may require payment via Bank Wire Transfer.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused for
delivery because it appeared to be damaged in shipping, there are no
additional charges and we will try to get a new product to you as soon as
possible. We do ask that you contact us within 24 hours to report the
refusal due to shipping damage. Other than visible shipping damages, if an
order or package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible
for actual shipping charges incurred by MyStrollers.Com plus a Twenty Five
Percent restocking charge. When we receive the package back in our
warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the
purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to
you plus the Twenty five Percent restocking charge. This shipping
charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a
free shipping promotion. This policy is necessary due to the high costs
that we incur in offering you, the customer, free or discounted shipping
and the lowest possible prices.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Provided: Packages that are returned or shipped with an
incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional
shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect
address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping
charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue
a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the
actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not
originally charged shipping. Requests for packages to be shipped again
will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to
defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest
prices possible.
Order Tracking: Once your
order has shipped, we will e-mail you with a UPS or FedEx tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself on the web
at either www.ups.com, www.fedex.com. or www.usps.com . If you order is shipped by
common carrier, the tracking information will be forwarded via
e-mail.
Payment Options: We gladly accept
Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment for
orders. The simplest way to pay for your order is to enter your credit
card number on our secure online order form.

MyStrollers.Com, we can assure you that all credit card
transactions through our site are encrypted with the latest SSL technology
(secure server software). What that means is that all of your personal
information including credit card information is encrypted so that no one
can read it as it makes its way over the Internet and into our secure
server.

Once we receive payment
and the check clears (usually 7-14 business days) we will ship your order
by the above guidelines.
Faxing Orders: If you
are still feeling a little insecure about ordering over the internet, you
can fax your order to us toll free at 1-718-372-0677 .
Simply print the order form and write your credit card number on the form
and fax it to us. We will process the order and you will be notified by
email that the order has been entered and processed.

Sales Tax: Because
MyStrollers.Com operates in New York, we will only charge
you sales tax for orders shipped to a New York State address. Those who
live outside New York will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on
MyStrollers.Com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their
state.
Canceling an Order If you have placed an
order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by
either calling toll free at 1-877-660-BABY
(1-877-660-BABY) or email us at info@MyStrollers.com within one hour
of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. If you cancel an
order after the first hour, we cannot guarantee that it will be stopped in
time before it ships. If we can stop the order from shipping, you will not
incur any charges and your order will be cancelled. If your order has
shipped already at the time that you try to cancel, you will have to
follow the listed return policies. These steps are necessary in order for
us to continue to offer you the lowest prices possible.
