The concept is really quite simple: offer even the youngest infants a means to massage their gums at will. The massaging action increases circulation, thereby helping to alleviate swelling and discomfort. This soft, yellow, star-shaped teether has a smiling face and three nubby points that vibrate when a child bites down on them.
