The Westwood Baby Olivia Changing Tray is not a piece of furniture: it is a topper that sits on an Olivia dresser and turns it into a dedicated changing station. Instead of buying a separate changing table you will outgrow, the tray gives diaper changes a secure, at-the-right-height surface for the early months, then lifts off when the phase passes.
